#TBRtemptation post! 12 years ago In anthropology grad school, her boyfriend told her to apply for a part-time job at the Museum of Sex. She eventually became curator, & is married with 2 kids. Now she travels to find garages that make sex machines, factories that make sex toys, & collectors' basements. For this book she looks at questions like: what is good, bad, normal, deviant sex? Are we hypersexualized? Etc. #blameLitsy #blameMrBook 😻
Today's Lesson (to me): Ask more questions about reading challenges instead of assuming & doing it wrong or, which is more often the case if I'm not “getting it“, just give up before starting. 3y
