Percy Shelley is the lesser know of the Shellys. Though he wrote some fabulous poetry. If you have not already, I hope you get a chance to read his work.

Well, this is apposite!
This poem, Shelley's "Alastor; or, The Spirit of Solitude" is an old friend of mine. I am reminding myself that Alastor is not the character's name but the ancient Greek word for an avenging spirit.

I am introverting hard today after spending yesterday in a room with six other writers. (It was a great day!)

Two hundred years to the day since the Peterloo Massacre, on occasion of which Shelley wrote "The Masque of Anarchy".
