This was really good. A fast easy read, easy to understand eating healthy, tips. How to be in the moment with your food, and savoring it.

I won‘t lie. This book overwhelmed me. And not because I feel it was intentional on the writers behalf... I think it was more me seeing how I feel like every eating mannerism that was talked about I exhibit in some shape way or form. I‘m very much into mindfulness but I instantly felt overwhelmed thinking “shit, I feel like I need to fix everything about how I eat”. I think it‘s is a great book with great tips though.
Started my #75hardchallenge today snd this is my first book I‘m reading on it. I had started this in November but kept getting side tracked from finishing it so now I‘m staying focused.
And onto my next PD book
Such a great book. Gave some really helpful tips that make a difference. Not about dieting at all. I followed some of the tips and I feel so much better about food already.
