2.5/5⭐ I lightly skimmed this book because I do not have the attention span to read multiple sentences/paragraphs in a row that repeat the exact same info/idea.
The many exercises seem helpful for meditation & visualization, though they too are repetitive. Many of them don't qualify for what I think of as psychism/clairsenses but are good for spellwork.
The author's personal views permeate the theory & techniques & hold a Wiccan slant. #roll100
1. Yes
2. Haven‘t read many books about it, mostly articles. I‘ve been slowing working my way through a book called Psychic Witch: A Metaphysical Guide to Meditation, Magick & Manifestation.

It‘s a bit difficult to review this book when I haven‘t gone through any of the exercises 😆 But it is clearly written, though I had some difficulty following the last couple chapters, which build on those that go before. I feel confident that if and when I do go through the exercises, I will develop my psychic ability and improve my magick.
Magick and salad for lunch!
