I only have a few #pinkbooks so here are some pink blossoms with the new soccer stadium in the background. Today I‘ll use the right #tag for April. 😗

Totally not book related, but it made me happy to see that my favorite player scored a goal (and winning goal at that) today.
Found this book while helping my dad clean out some stuff he had in storage and figured the start of soccer season was the perfect time to read it.
While the concept was fairly interesting I found myself getting so distracted every time I sat down to read this I just couldn‘t wait to be done with it.
Either this book didn‘t age well or the author over generalized groups of people and in some cases dismissed racism as ignorance ⭐️⭐️
When you need to work but you also really want to watch a bit of World Cup!
The FIFA World Cup starts today! This is where I‘m slightly sad because I don‘t have cable and therefore cannot watch any of the games I‘d like to and Work would get in the way. Sadly I will be missing all of my teams games (it would look bad to call out on my last day at BN). My team, as it has been for the past 10 years, is Croatia 🇭🇷. I adore them and their country that made me love them and feel homesick after only a few days there.

Such fun to reconnect for a second season with #AgentsofHale #SupportersGroup and sing, stamp & cheer.
Catching up on the goings on in the world of soccer. And I finally picked up things for my #janeaustenswap match!!
Day 14: Around the World #sizzlinsummerbooks One of my first loves of books are ones for #travel. I'll buy them for almost any European country 🇭🇷 🇸🇮 that I've been to or want to see. Also two of my favorite books with worldly locations. #juliet and #howsoccerexplainstheworld
This wasn't as good as I had expected it to be.
