A good addition, but I wish they were longer and more in depth.

Not sure what number this is in the Mystic Bayou series but it‘s a great addition as Dr. Will‘s brother John (a selkie) gets a romance with Lea Doe (a hind/deer shifter) who arrives to coordinate logistics of a new apartment building with the community‘s notoriety bringing an influx of shifters & humans. They‘re cute together & we get to visit old friends too. One of my favorite fun to read or listen to series & the narrators just make it better💚

So happy to be #audiosouping to a new addition to the Mystic Bayou series by Molly Harper. I needed sometime light, snarky & funny today & Harper‘s books usually deliver & also catch me up on favorite characters.

Today‘s soup is a summery Cajun Shrimp Chowder, a Pinterest find that just sounded good this weekend. Finished chowder pic coming later. 😋🥣
