A sweet book, with a bit of romance, magical realism and some darker off page triggers.

A little morning reading after a little morning run…edited to add I read it all today, well spent vacation day.
I absolutely loved it 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ out of 5 I stayed up way too late to finish it up last night I regret nothing lol 🤣
I enjoyed this book. It‘s typical Webber with two women mcs, secrets, and happy endings. There was a twist that I truly didn‘t see coming, so that was nice. Started Northwest Angle. #audiowalk
?: Told from multiple POV, this story is a delightful, magical read. Written by the author of the book, Midnight at the Blackbird Café, I recommend this read for bookworms who enjoy lighthearted books with tinges of magical realism. If you‘re looking for a book to escape into, you may enjoy this book. Full review: https://www.goodreads.com/review/show/4882337773
Almost done. The twist I expected to happen occurred just the way I thought it would. I had to move gigantor cat out of my chair in order to get some work done. Walked in a little bit more than a drizzle but the temperature was nice — only 80°. #audiowalk
I decided to walk in the drizzle today just to get a good walk in. It was nice. #audiowalk
The tagged title is my new walking book. I like Webber because her stories are generally sweet but manage not to tip over into cloying. The ones I‘ve read have all been set in north Alabama; this one differs in that it‘s set in south Alabama, right across the bay from me. As usual, there‘s a light magical element and everyone is hiding secrets that will need to be revealed. #audiowalk
