I am forecasting that I will finish Death in a White Tie for sure. Sixteen Pleasures is a possibility.

#7days7books

Books that left a deep impression on me.

Not sure how I would feel about it now but I loved, loved, loved this title the first time I read it many years ago.

Would you like to play @Mogoeg ?😀

Mehso-so

This was ok. I found the book conservation parts of it interesting, but I really didn‘t like Margot, nor any of the other characters, except for the nuns. It was a bit difficult to figure out right at the start, as it flipped back and forth in time and was a bit hard to tell where we were (in time), but that didn‘t last long. It was pretty slow-moving, but it was ok. An author's note would have been nice.

My #NovemberByTheNumbers pick for Nov 16th. And also a bit of a #TBT here... I picked this book up on a sale pile at a Sam‘s Club I don‘t know how many years ago (MANY) and it‘s still sitting on my bookshelf unread. Maybe I need to read it or pass it on to someone else who will.🙄

jpmcwisemorgan I‘m doing this with books I‘ve owned for awhile. If I haven‘t read it, I need to let it go to make room for books I will read. Tastes change and sometimes I buy books that sound good in the moment but when I look at them later they still sound good but just not for me at the moment. 7y
Riveted_Reader_Melissa @jpmcwisemorgan I need to go through these shelves again soon, before the next library sale comes up in January and purge some. 7y
