This story is set years after the major events of a nationwide blackout and society has decayed but is getting back on its feet enough that our heroine is moving to one of the new colleges training workers and engineers. She is joined by her crush Edwin who is like a big brother to her. That relationship is tense as is one with an old ex. Enjoyable quick romance.
