This is a really lovely read. A chaotic Irish family, dealing with grief and trying to move forward. Some very funny bits and some very poignant bits. Overall a feel good vibe.

Cults often had front organizations that pretended to be neutral resources - hence the goddamn seeds. Jesus, it was all becoming apparent. One cult he'd read about had been sued loads of times and that's how the families of cult members had found out what went on in there.
Why hadn't B looked into this more before they'd just rocked up?
He should have checked the court records.
Had he learnt nothing from his Netflix true crime binges?

That's the best bit - it turns out IKEA don't name furniture by its Swedish name. They name furniture after things like rivers and islands and towns. Apparently, I walked into his living room with a smug smile on my face and did the equivalent of pointing at his couch-"Blackpool" - nodded knowingly at his coffee table - "Hull" - then sat down, chuffed with myself, in his armchair slowly repeating "Luton, Luton, Luton".
