My list consists of an ebook and a physical copy/paperback. They usually take me longer to finish than an audiobook since I need to find the time to stay still and just read. Me? Stay still? Doesn‘t happen too often. 🥲 My goal is to finish book one during the weekend and make progress on book two during the week. 😃🤞

This keto pumpkin spice latte is delicious! 😃Now back to reading.
Recipe: 😋
1/2 cup pumpkin pure
1 splash vanilla extract
Coconut sugar to taste I used for 2 servings 3 tbsps
2 tbsp coconut oil (if not going keto, use 2 frozen bananas/anything else you/yogurt/vanilla ice cream
coconut milk or milk you prefer. The quantity depends on what you use. I used one & 1/2 mugs.
a pinch: pumpkin spice/cinnamon/sea salt
Blend & enjoy/2 servings
