Tragedy strikes when the father of Shady Hollow‘s own Romeo is murdered, & his Juliet is the prime suspect. It‘s up to Vera & Orville working together to make sure this couple can actually get their HEA.

This whole series just feels so cozy & charming. We get to meet more of the community in this one, & I love the continuity between books. The mystery was fairly predictable, but I was so invested I didn‘t mind. Excited for the next one!🌕🌕🌕🌕🌑

Book 4 in the Shady Hollow cozy mystery series has Vera Vixen 🦊 on the case with her boyfriend & police chief Orville Braun 🐻 when they witness an apparent murder of Shelby Atwater, a local handyman or handyotter 🦦 on a spring day off at Twilight Falls. The mystery in this one is pretty mild & easily solved, but there is just a fun charm in these books that I enjoy. Looking forward to book 5 coming out in July.
