A story about domestic abuse and revenge. The author really doesn‘t get into the plot until about half way through the book as first half really focuses deeply on character development. It was slow at times but a satisfying ending.

Y‘ALLLLLL…it‘s 45 degrees here in Tampa 🥶🥶🥶 Floridians (well, those of us who have lived in this area our entire lives) are NOT used to such weather. I snapped this pic on my patio and ran back inside 😊
Just came across a new Instagram account, and again my TBR is quickly growing. I will always, ALWAYS judge a book by its cover, and then be happy to go into it blind… especially thrillers. 🖤
I made a list of list options to share over the next little while. Thanks so much for this idea Denise. I do love a good list (or 20) 😂☺️
Here are a few I‘d be happy to #blindread
This story of sisterhood was good despite some pacing issues. I liked all 4 of the MCs and all of their SOs (at least the SOs they ask have at the end of the book) and they, their circumstances, and their town all felt fully fleshed out. I'll watch for more by this author.
