"Sometimes thinking small...Can lead to big things. Like murder. Esme Gardner isn't a trend setter--or a trend follower, for that matter. She likes her comfortably messy apartment, insists on a reliable internet connection at all times, and has never baked a loaf of sourdough bread or knit a pair of mittens in her life. Esme is a potato chip loving artist who appreciates a good walk-in closet. When her new friend, Ethan MacKinnon, proposes that she join him to spend Christmas in a tiny house in the middle of nowhere so that they can make money blogging about their 'tiny house experience,' Esme is not the least bit interested. Unfortunately, she needs money, and the job pays well, so with a little push from her friend Charlotte, Esme heads out to the tiny house on Big Wolf Lake with Ethan--a man she barely knows. Pretending to be into minimalism isn't easy, but their job is to demonstrate the joys of hygge--the Danish art of coziness--so Esme and Ethan press on and things are actually going pretty well . . . until they discover a body. Things take a turn for the worse when the pair realizes that they're snowed in...with a murderer on the loose. Can they solve the crime and nab the killer in time for Christmas? Find out in this warm and wonderful Cozy Mystery!" --Back cover.

I'm continuing to enjoy this series. (Other than Book 1 series still not in Litsy database.) Next one is set in Spring. I'm going to look for St Patrick's Day theme for March #seasonalcozies. 💘 @julieclair

julieclair This cover is adorable. So glad you‘re enjoying this series! 10mo
ElizaMarie If you access Litsy online via computer (not the app), you can add the book to the database. 10mo
julieclair @ElizaMarie Helpful info! I didn‘t know this. 10mo
ElizaMarie @julieclair @Crinoline_Laphroaig you are welcome. I just copy and paste the Amazon/Barnes/good reads description. And I like to add the photo there too 10mo

My 1st Holiday Read of the Season! Cozy Murder Mystery with Hygee was perfect for me. I love looking at tiny houses on Instagram. Everything is in it's place. No chaos. It's relaxing.

At 123 pages I read in just over an hour. It was fun! I particularly like that it was the guy who had the baking and knitting skills.

Looking forward to reading entire series as it progresses through the seasons.
