As I finish reading my April #SeasonalCozies book, I‘ve decided to continue with the series.
Mayhem in May (also published as Curated Murder) is my pick for May.

This was #24 in the China Bayles series, but the first one I‘ve read. The author did a good job of filling in pertinent past information, so I never felt lost. I enjoyed the mystery, and the bits-and-pieces way clues were revealed. I will read more of this series. Set in April in the beautiful Texas Hill Country, this was a last-minute substitution for #SeasonalCozies. Hoopla snatched my original choice back after I‘d only read 2 chapters! 🙃

I had really spotty coverage Friday through this morning so I‘ll be catching up on posts, #SUNDAYBUDDYREAD discussion from yesterday, #FreebieFriday spin winner, etc.
I have a ton of posts over the past 3-4 days to read through from this lovely community.

I finished my #SeasonalCozies (@JulieClair) a while back. With my work schedule, I don't even check my email when I work! It's like.. work and then home. I loved how into the coffee making everyone is!

Book 67/100 of the year. I enjoy these #seasonalcozies and this is three short stories.

April‘s seasonal cozy.

My #SeasonalCozies pick for this month since it's set in early spring. I adored the first book in the series, so I'm looking forward to this one.

Read: Ghostwritten - 4 horror novellas on how books can be evil ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Reading: Emotional Vampires - so far, en-💡-ning and Murder at the PTA (for #seasonalcozies & great so far!!).

Found: these amazing fish stickers. 🫢🤩

I always enjoy the Sloan Krause mysteries, and even this short novella didn't disappoint! Sloan and Garrett are looking forward to the spring farmer's market and working on some collaborations with local businesses, a couple of infuencers, and the beer they brew at Nitro. When a visiting hiker dies at the local hostel, though, Sloan and Garrett help Chief Meyers figure out what happened.
