This was SOOOOO bad. It feels like a book that I would have read in the 80s or 90s, not something that was written last year. I only finished it because I needed it for a prompt for this month's Reading Rivalry. I do NOT recommend! (Apologies if you liked this book and/or the author or the author's family, but dang, it's bad)
