4⭐This is Beth Rivas at her best. This is a fun space romp adventure that manages to pack a ton of action and intrigue into a very small space. The book is not a romance, but has romance in it that makes all readers want to continue flipping the pages. We start with a salvager who is in distress and puts out a help call to another ship. She‘s picked up by the rescue ship and becomes a temporary member of their crew to help with the current mission

This was lots of fun. Short and sweet, and almost cozy. Definitely want to read the next in the series.

A really fun, fast space adventure that I enjoyed thoroughly. Our narrator is spunky, funny and independent and is definitely hiding something. It‘s fun trying to work out what and then how it‘s all going to play out. I loved the cast of side characters also and the banter with our main man.
Fantastic novella. Looking forward to the rest of the series.

A ship's crashed and if someone doesn't come rescue Ada's broken ship soon, she won't be any better off. When a government ship finally answers her call, it's clear that both she and the crew of the ship know something about the crash.

This sci-fi with a romantic sub-plot felt like a fun set-up to a larger series. I'm excited to read home about Ada and Rian and to hopefully get some of my questions left by this novella answered.
