Knight at Dawn | 
so-so3✨ I feel like these books are really rushed. It‘s a great read for young kids to boost confidence. I‘m wondering in the notes are a build up as well. The first two books are building up a mystery in the series that might give the books more main plot than going to other places from their magical treehouse. #SeriesLove
I have some very tired, very grumpy kids tonight. When they asked to listen to an audiobook in bed, I gave a very exuberant "Yes!" and we all piled into my bed. Hopefully they just fall asleep! #raisingreaders

pickMy son and I love this series: informative, engaging, a wonderful escape to other times and places. We read the first 3 books and have 1 more left. I already ordered the second box with 4 books. Perfect for kids 5 to 8.
so-soI still really love this series, but am thankful I was doing this as a read aloud for my little ones. There were a couple times with name calling that I was surprised about. Since I was reading, I could just skip over it. Otherwise we really enjoyed the Knight and castle!
pickThe Magic Treehouse Book #2 was great. It‘s too bad Jack doesn‘t have a camera in his book bag, although he has books about the places they visit so I guess he doesn‘t need one. Book 27 of 2019
