Made it to Cafebrería El Péndulo! Fun fact: in this bookstore they leave all of their books individually wrapped! No touching or leafing through pages.

I wish they had some sort of pin or magnet but there was no bookstore merchandise ☹️. Very impressed with the selection here though!

Now, on to our bike and taco tour ???‍♀️!!!

callielafleur Umm your day sounds amazing. Bookstore and a taco tour?? 😍😍😍 6y
RebelReader Add a Cervesa or two and totally a perfect day! 6y
bobregina Uau, love that ideia! I hate when people read books on a bookstore, I then you go and buy it 😤😤 6y

New Year‘s trip! We are headed to Mexico City and I am SO excited!!!!!! I love my “Books are Magic” pin and I am ready to go and eat all the food! Plus, I get a nice chunk of reading time on the flight 😜. Any bookstores we have to find once we‘re there?

Simona Enjoy 😘 6y

Pickpick

I have read several travel guides from various publishers, but I really enjoyed reading this one because the author lives in Mexico City and describes 15 different walks around the city. I love walking in the city and exploring and he has given me a lot to think about if I end up visiting Mexico City. He provides a very practical information reguarding dining, transportation, and sightseeing. It's everything you want in a travel guide.

This guy would prefer that we just stay home though.
