Current read is this short novel considered book 3.5 in the series. Honestly so far it isn‘t my favorite, but it is a nice break from the intense roller coaster of the first three books. Is it bad to say Feyre is starting to bug me sometimes?? Also, consider this an unsponsored ad for my new obsession - the Hatch alarm. This book took longer than the second one for me to get into but by the second half I was completely hooked. The ending was a whirlwind of emotions and very intense - so much so that at parts I could feel myself holding my breath. I read the entire series in between writing my own book (which is due to my publisher soon, lol). Out of the entire series, this book was my favorite. I love the push/pull between Nesta and Cassian, and I really enjoyed Nesta‘s growth. I‘m looking forward to the next book, which will hopefully be Az and Gwynn. 🤞🏼

I've now finished the ACOTR series. I loved it so much, maybe a bit too much? Is that's even possible?! I haven't been this invested in a series since I was 18. I am so sad to be leaving Velaris, but I'm sure I will read it again one day soon. Nesta's character evolution is AMAZING! Ever since the first book, I hated her with a passion.
