This has been sitting on the TBR shelf for a long time and it‘s starting off as a real “buddy movie” of a book.
This book “chronicles the remarkable life of Virginia Hall, a decorated behind-the-lines operative for the Allies in Vichy France in WWII.”

The United Nations has its origins in the Allied countries of the Second World War. The Declaration by United Nations was signed on New Year‘s Day by Winston Churchill, Franklin D Roosevelt, Maxim Litvinov of the USSR and TV Soong of China. Not quite #AlliesAlways but the UN continues.
