I‘m listening to this #audiobook while running a few errands. It‘s a slow read and dense with details but very much worth the read. I‘ve been consuming a lot about anti-racism lately & one thing that really stuck with me was that “diversity” is more about *looking* like you‘re trying while “integration” means that we're truly unified.

If we got an email list together of people who were interested, or a whatsapp group, maybe we could get a discussion going to share articles and recommendations for getting diversity across all different genres etc? or make a collaborative google doc of recommendations in all different genres? 4y
