I really wanted to love this one as I adore books and the thought of living in a town that is a book haven sounded like a dream. The beginning had a strong start, however it got a little confusing in the middle and I was unsure of what was happening. I‘m intrigued to see how the series continues and perhaps another volume might increase my standing for this series.

pickI just started on a new manga series and I'm really enjoying it so far. The structure is pretty different from other manga I've read. It has a lot of time passage between key moments - but it's pretty cute so I'm having a good time with it 😊

pickI think it‘s just time to admit that I really enjoy sports manga—even when I don‘t particularly like the sport at the center of the story. 😬🤷♀️ This series continues to be very entertaining as a group of young soccer players compete in a series of team & individual challenges in order to become the best striker in Japan. Surprisingly tense, filled will rivalries, betrayals, camaraderie & more this is a fun, really readable story.
