Taking a few minutes before a long day of volleyball with Malorie.

In the first book of “Haikyuu“ the mood for the story is encouraging. The reason I say this is because the main character Hinata wants to win a volleyball match and be able to play in high school, so he encourages his teammates to do the best they can so they can get their first win.
In the manga Haikyu!! the allusion used in one of the chapters would be when a certain character calls out his teammate by comparing his looks to that of “sadako“. The author uses this allusion to show how this character's looks compare to the central character and antagonist of Koji Suzuki's Ring Trilogy novels, whose face is concealed behind her long black hair.
“Desire“, the strong want or feeling towards something/someone. That is denotation, the literal meaning of the word “Desire“. However, for the connotation of “Desire“ in the context of the manga, it is the wanting to win. The strong feeling of wanting to continue to be on the court to be able to defeat the obstacles that each volleyball player has, as well as their opponents. Therefore, to head to nationals and continue to win to the very end.
Two more teen novels in verse (that you may not have heard of), each centering on topics relevant to young adults. High interest and intense situations. #YApril Book 13 and 14 #poetrymatters @Eggs
TBH, I believe in Karasuno but have they ever beat Nekoma?? Maybe it's because they knew those were practice matches and this is nationals but still 👀💦💦 I'm going to get more grey hairs reading this! #sportsmanga #volleyball
ME AT EVERY CHARACTER I LOVE 😂😂 #sportsmanga #volleyball
