Celebrate Thanksgiving | Elizabeth Lawrence

#MemorableMonday: So I don't really have Thanksgiving Traditions. I mean we usually just eat, watch football and that's pretty much it. I think the only thing that might count as a tradition is us talking about what we were thankful for this year.

AkashaVampie It changes from year to year with us. Sometimes it's just saying home and making a small Thanksgiving dinner. And others, it's bringing part of the meal to hang out with SIL and family 5y

jb72 @ElizaMarie I‘ve been working on being more grateful. I slipped a bit in October because I was participating in #scarathlon, but my plan is to get back at it this week. 5y

ElizaMarie @Jb72 I post on this website where I have posted some goals and well sometimes when I‘m having a bad day I reread these to remember what made me happy. Sometimes it reminds me of what show or song really brightened my day so I can redo that (if I‘m feeling down) 5y

A tradition that I don't do anymore but is memorable was on Black Friday we wouldn't go shopping. We would put the tree up, decorate, listen to Christmas music, and watch movies. It was a very relaxing day. I miss those days!
