I got a walking pad for Xmas which is great in the PNW since it's always raining 🌧 I made a playlist specifically for walking. All the songs are upbeat with different BPMs and I try to match my pace to the beat. I've found this is the best way for me to hit my goals and zone out.

pickI enjoyed reading this book. I read it when it came out which was years ago. So I had forgotten most of the book. I loved the characters and the plot of the book. I rated this book a 4 out of 5 stars.
