EadieB This book starts out slow but by halfway through it turns into something that picks up speed until the surprise ending. The characters were very unlikable as they were all spoiled rich moms. The plot is a bit of a stretch which is mostly silly in places but it's Freida McFadden's book so you kind of take it with a grain of salt. Not one of her best books but it's still ok but very unbelievable. 1y

EadieB @Gabbymags123 I just finished Erik Larson‘s new book The Demon of Unrest. It is about President Lincoln and the first five months of the Civil War. Very good book. I‘ve read all of Erik Larson‘s books and love them all. 4mo
