pickThis is a great devotional for the 40 days from Advent through Epiphany. The daily readings and prayers are very helpful for focusing on the coming of Christ. This also helped to remember the hope we have in Christ's second Advent. I also feel I learned a lot more about church history through this journey. Sometimes modern Evangelicals shy away from terms like "liturgy" and even "Advent" and "Epiphany," quite possibly to our detriment.

My dog Daisy got an advent calendar this year, and she‘s definitely enjoying all of the fun surprises she gets daily 😂😊
It arrived a little late (so I'm a little late with my photo challenge post for this prompt), but my spouse got me a decaf tea #advent calendar! I'm looking forward to sharing tea with a kid or spouse each evening until Christmas (and I guess three days after, since I'm starting on December 4).
