Not new to me, but it may be new to you: Wombats poop square poops! The wombat is one of my favorite animals. Here is some more (new) info for you: Wombats have an extra bony plate on their butts that they can use to crush & kill predators by slamming it up against the predator's neck/head as they're pursuing the wombat into its hole. lil1inblue @WildAlaskaBibliophile My BFF would have been Wombat if she had been a boy. And I'm not sure why my other friend ended up as Cory instead of Wombat, but knowing his parents, I suspect his Mom vetoed Wombat. It was his nickname, though! So strange that there were 2 people in the same class, though! 1w
