Sigh. I‘m in a book rut. One of those ruts where every book you start you just can‘t concentrate and get into.
What does everyone do when this happens to you? Do you have a specific author (or book) that gets you going again? I think I need something that requires very little thinking. 😂 #BookRut

TheNerdyProfessor I try to pick a book that doesn't require a lot of deep thought or emotion. Usually a good thriller or mystery can pull me out of a slump. 5y

Rachbb3 When this happens to me, I read very short books or stories, a little at a time. Serial Reader is good for this. Also a favorite reread, but just a little at a time. 5y

baes The rut didn‘t last very long. 😂 I‘ve had a library book sitting here waiting for me to read (Discovery of Witches). It didn‘t sound like anything I‘d read so I checked out the 1st episode of tv show. Then after seeing how interesting it is I started the book.
