Did a lazy #readjanuary today for #bookspublishedinthe2000s because we are also doing a marathon save the date addressing for the upcoming #bookishwedding. The Amelia Peabody series is my fav of all time are these are just the few that fit today's hashtag. The top one, He Shall Thunder in the Sky, is my favorite book and has literally been read to pieces. #booklove 💕📚💕

#readjanuary #bookspublishedinthe2000s so these two are what I've read from the women's prize for fiction archive of the year 2000. I loved both of these. If I told you once is perfect if you want a dark Eastern European folktales style story. I remember it being very atmospheric, dealing with immigration and the stories that people bring with them.

Day 25 #BooksPublishedInThe2000s #ReadJanuary Ace patiently allowing me to pose a few books published in the 2000s around him, & then hoping we'll go for a w-a-l-k (he knows the word, so I don't even dare type it ?). "Can You Keep A Secret" is hilarious & a great bathtub read (in fact, my copy shows signs of being water-logged). I stayed up all night to read (& bawl over) The Art Of Racing In The Rain. The Yellow-Light Bookshop is beautiful!

kspenmoll Have yellow lighthouse bkshop somewhere in the house... add to my TBR 💚 thx! 7y
Jenshootsweddings Even when I text the W word to my husband, the dogs just know and are at my feet before I put the phone down. Don't underestimate those cute faces! 7y
