EadieB @Butterflyamore From your May reads, I am interested in Horrorstor & How to Disappear Completely. I already read Hunting Party which I liked too.
I read 20 books in May - 8 Ian McEwan books which I enjoyed all of them except Machines Like Me.
I think you would like: The Silence by Susan Allott, Lying in Wait by Liz Nugent and Long Bright River by Liz Moore - all 5 star reads. The rest of my books were from different series that I read. 4y

abookishbutterfly @EadieB The three you recommended are all books I definitely want to read! I‘ve only read one Ian McEwan book to date, which was about 20 years ago. I hadn‘t cared much for it and haven‘t tried another one since. Did you have a top favorite out of the ones your read? 4y

EadieB @Butterflyamore The one I liked the best was The Children Act. Next is The Innocent and then The Child in Time. I think these were the best that I read. 4y
