May Wrapup post 1 of 2. It really was a pretty great reading month. Usually my May reading is crap because I‘m distracted but this year it was pretty good. See what I read in the next post.

May was a decent reading month. I gave out my first five stars of the year to Interpreter of Maladies, and I enjoyed both of the nonfiction books I read. I also finished one of my friend rec challenge books.
May wrap-up (books I read/finished in May)
I don‘t know why goodreads decided to log the Saga volumes like this, but I actually read them in the right order lol. And I absolutely loved them!! The last one ended on a big shocker so i‘m really really anticipating the next volume. I could purchase the single editions 🤔 but I‘d rather wait for the whole thing to be released
I am yikes a at my amount of finishes for the month. I blame it entirely on the fact we got our first dog at the beginning of the month. He‘s super attached to me and I feel guilty about putting him in puppy jail so I can read on my bed so I just haven‘t.
Top read would probably be the tagged.
I finished 22 books in May and met my Goodreads goal of 100 books. Denver Noir was my favorite stand alone, and Rogue Protocol was my favorite Murderbot novella. I also finally managed to finish a few more books for #readingafrica2022, bringing that total to 18/54. I‘m currently at 13/24 for #booked2022, as well. #maystats #maywrapup
