What did you read in November? Have you read any of the above?

I clearly went on a bit of Sailor Moon kick but also read some other excellent things and managed 3 books over 500 pages and to read both my poetry book of the month and the classics for bookclub for two consecutive months (Dracula and the Secret History).

I read six books in November, which is pretty good for me. Three fantasy, one historical fiction with speculative elements, one historical romance, one nonfiction. It's such a varied group that it's hard to pick a favorite - I recommend everything here except The Thread That Binds the Bones. Life After Life is probably the fiction title that will stick with me the longest. #NovemberWrapUp #MonthlyWrapUp

Here is my month in books. A not entirely satisfying collection but two books did stand out : Catch and Kill is as good as everyone is saying and Kevin Wilson is a new author to me that I want to read more from. On the “ticking off” on achievements front I have finally completed the Booker longlist novels and have one book remaining for #Readharder2019 ! Woohoo, it might nearly be time to read what I want ;)

With participating in (and “winning”!) #NaNoWriMo this month, I didn‘t expect to get much reading done. But I surprised myself with a great reading month!! I had three ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ reads: Maybe You Should Talk to Someone; Fleishman is in Trouble; Conversations with Friends. I also enjoyed Inheritance and Guts.
