Does anyone else have trouble reading books in present tense? I picked this up the other day and didn‘t open it first...I just have such a hard time when it‘s not past! Not sure if this is #englishteacherproblems or I‘m just that picky 😂

baes Me! 🙋🏻‍♀️ I thought I was the only one. Lol I can do it, and enjoy many books that are set in present time...but they just don‘t compare. I think it is because I like to escape reality, and anything out of the ordinary (during the present) reads pretend to me. However, anything can happen in the past. 😂 6y
