My Feb book spin list is a little different this time around since all my books are wrapped in brown paper and numbered… so I‘m just going to go with books 1-25 😂 I have about 230 wrapped TBR books and I‘m supposed to be on a book buying ban until I get through them all… but don‘t tell my kindle unlimited subscription 🤫 #bookspin #bookspinbingo

After ordering from 3 different places when the first 2 never shipped or updated my order, I finally have this in my hands!! Debating on reading it now… I know it will be a long wait for book 4 and I hate cliffhangers.

Cortg I started the audio today and I‘m having trouble remembering what went down after the “reading break.” I‘m sure it‘ll come together in a minute. 🧐 2w

Listened to the audio on a whim because Richard Armitage narrated, and I was not disappointed! This kept me hooked even though domestic thrillers aren‘t always my thing. The twist really caught me off guard. A great listen for my drives home from work.

I lost the mood to read Onyx Storm right now, so I‘m going to dig into some thrillers and romance books for the weekend.

5feet.of.fury Sometimes I need a good thriller in between fantasy/romantasy reads. I loved this one! So fun. 2w

Quick read before Onyx Storm. I think I‘ve read something from another of Sadie Kincaid‘s series, but this was fun! Was it realistic? Not at all. Did I devour it in one sitting? Totally. MMMFM - check TW.

I say this every year… but I‘m going to read my physical TBR!!! I got this idea from a friend who saw it on TikTok.. I am attempting to wrap all my books and will read them randomly by number. Hoping to also do some #bookspinbingo boards to help with this. I am truly going to make an effort not to buy ANY books until I read them all!! Not pictured… about 150 more books to wrap 😂 Wish me luck on this likely yearlong (at least) journey.

Texreader Fun!! Enjoy! 7mo

I had an error in my last post - I‘ve actually read 3 Sager books. I didn‘t like The House Across the Lake at all. The twist just wasn‘t consistent with the rest of the story. But THIS one - I had no clue what was coming for the last quarter of the book, but I felt like it was actually plausible. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5

It‘s been a long time since I‘ve posted, but I‘m making a summer return! Hoping to be a lot more consistently active on here. This book was the second Sager I‘ve read and I really enjoyed it. The twists and red herrings have gotten me in both books. I look forward to his newest when my hold comes in! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5

70 pages in and I‘m not understanding the love for this book. It‘s not funny, there‘s terrible traumatic things happening or that have happened, all the men are bad, and the author REALLY wants me to know how inequitable science is/was. I‘m not disagreeing, but it feels heavy-handed so far. Trying to keep going for my book club, but I might stop if it‘s not better in 30 more pages.

Recently read all 4 of these and really enjoyed them. Are they all some variation of the same plot? Yes. Are they still pretty cute? Also yes. Faking with Benefits was the first one I read, so I think that‘s why I liked it most, but I‘d say these are all worth a read if you like reverse harem romance!

Compared to my last read, I thought this was worlds better. Multiple first person POVs and jumps in time to before and after the suspicious murder. I don‘t always like first person, but I felt like I knew the characters much more thoroughly in this book. The plot itself was pretty good, with some good red herrings.
