I‘ve finished writing all my #summercardswap cards and hope to find a post office as we leave Boone, NC tomorrow heading back to Charlotte. @TheBookHippie

Thank you to all my dear Litten friends for the #summercardswap! Work leading up to vacation was crazy and I only sent a few before I left. So I had to bring my cards with me to write and send (see upper right corner of this photo). Fortunately it‘s still lovely on my cabin‘s balcony so I‘m writing cards this morning. @TheBookHippie

We have a ton of the Branches series books for young readers, so I've wanted to read a few to see how they are.

This is my second and it's super cute! Both this one and the Pug Diaries are fun, light-hearted, and seem very approachable. I'll likely be reading a few more so I have ready to go recommendations for my library's little bookworms!
