1️⃣ All the mass shootings stress me out. Also, health issues lately for the hubby and me and our one German shepherd, Pip, who has epilepsy. The seizures are fierce. I manage the stress by exercising, cuddling with the pups, breathing exercises, and taking baths.
2️⃣ I wish everyone that aha moment of epiphany when you #findyourbliss, as J. Campbell said.

dabbe @Eggs Thanks so much. It's hard to realize that the body just ain't what it used to be! As my doc said, though ... “Denise, your body is like a house. And it will settle many times with lots of creaks and moans.“ 🤣 Of course, he's 10 years younger than me; what does he know? 🤣❣️🤗 1y

SamAnne @dabbe ugh sorry. I had a border collie who developed serious epilepsy. I learned a few tricks and had a vet that prescribed a different kind of drug that didn‘t dope him up so bad. Pretty much reduced seizures to once a year. I will find the name of that drug if I can. If interested email me samannemace@gmail.com. 1y
