I loved the show & hearing the backstory as well as how the cast talks about the characters, the stories & each other only made me love it more.

My April #readyourebooks list. In addition to reading the spun books when they are revealed, I‘m hoping to complete my carryover titles from December & January.

I won‘t be reading anymore from my #readyourebooks list this month so I‘m calling it at 7 finished.

This one was carried over from last year on both my #readyourebooks & #Roll100 lists.
I‘m glad I didn‘t get to it in December. It was such a great read & really hit the spot right now.
Morgan takes the time to develop her characters & it gets you invested in them & the various storylines. All this while pacing it so the book never drags. She‘s an auto read author for me now.

Loved this one!!
Laughs, romance, adventure & sad/challenging backstory. A typical Katherine Center book. It was so enjoyable.

I enjoyed reading this with the #LittensLoveRomance group. I liked the setting & the characters. I would have liked a more in depth look at Callum but overall it was a fun, relaxing read.

I DNF‘d my March pick & have sent it to a new home.

Finally out of the single digits!! 20, actually.

All I can think about is … ET!!!!

This was a good mystery with several twists. An 8 year old boy goes missing & this one had me suspecting several characters. Well written even if it did drag a bit in places.

My daughter goes to school about an hour from where these take place & a friend of mine lives there. It makes them even more entertaining to me. I found myself laughing throughout this book. Such a great escape.

I listened to this one while I‘m also reading an ARC by Center. They are hitting the reading spot for me right now. As it says in the book, you know where the book is going but it‘s how you get there that‘s all the fun. This had several scenes where I laughed out loud. Very entertaining.

Grief & pain led Evie to leave her life as a physical therapist & move to a wonderful small town. Tragedy & a persistent family led her to return to PT temporarily.
This one was emotional, funny, sad & heartwarming. The characters (primary & secondary) are really well developed & the town deals with real problems & issues.

A fun read. Obviously predictable but I loved the characters, started a new series I already own & cleared another book from my shelves. Plus it‘s my #DoubleSpin & a rolled #Roll100 book for the month!

I enjoy McManus‘ books and this was no exception. The characters were complex and there was no shortage of twists.

I found this just as enjoyable as Johnson‘s Truly Devious series.
When an old Manor House in Thousand Islands is open to the public,finally, but just for the summer, teens are hired to give tours. Murders - old & new- are solved.

I think this drew me in because of its proximity to where I was when I started it. It takes place in the British Virgin Islands & I was in the US Virgin Islands. I could see the island it took place on from my hammock.
It also had a part in NC which is where I was when I finished it. Wow.
I listened to the audio and it kept my attention & I enjoyed the plot.

I‘m back home after four months away. We had to unexpectedly & hurriedly travel to see my ailing FIL. We thought we‘d be gone 1-2 weeks. But, life (& death) happened.
Now we‘re unpacking, going through four months of mail, rescheduling appointments, etc. Plus the HVAC & washing machine have died.
One day at a time. But it‘s still a bit overwhelming. At least I‘m back to getting Sherlock cuddles.
