It's when getting out of the car makes your glasses fog up, stepping out the front door is like getting a blast of the devil's breath in your face, afternoon thunderstorms don't cool it down, they just make it feel more like a sauna, you never wear makeup, always wear a ponytail and live in shorts, sleeveless tees and flip flops when you see someone up north talk about being hot you just say "bless their heart" ?
