pickSusanna Clarke has woven a unique story quite unlike anything I have ever read. It took me about 50 pages to truly become engaged with the story, but then I was immersed. You can‘t help but love Piranesi, and root for him. The type of book you don‘t want to read anything about before starting it. Let the strangeness unfold and eventually it all starts to make a bit more sense.
