pickThis was a really cute fantasy romance with some spicy scenes. I loved the setting (I‘ve always been a fan of Scotland and the Loch Ness monster.) The backstory added depth and believability as well. I‘d be curious to see what fans of Ali Hazelwood‘s Bride think, because I think the monster sex scenes in this book are much better (IYKYK).

At my school, the staff, children, and families read The Water Horse. For the past 20 years, we have also celebrated the arts and spring with Blooming Arts Day, which is always the day before our spring break. We paint, local bands perform. Appalachian storytellers come. It is truly a magical day that I look forward to each year. We also celebrate the children's writing.

pickMy first monster romance. Loch Ness monster romance. Loved it!! Key‘s father passed away so she goes to Scotland to scatter his ashes and meet his side of the family. She gets enrolled in solving a mystery.

pickI enjoyed this but I think with all the holiday happenings I finished feeling like I didn‘t love it as much as her Fake Mate. Hoping she continues on with cryptid romance!
