3-25-21: My 31st finished book of 2021! Chicago, 1954. When his father goes missing, Atticus must embark on a journey to New England to find him. Accompanied by his uncle, George, the author of The Safe Negro Travel Guide and his long time friend, Letitia, Atticus has to manage to make it through a country under Jim Crow laws of segregation and racism and Lovecratian monsters. I‘m really proud of myself that I finished this in time for #Halloween 🎃 night. I think I would have enjoyed this more if I knew Lovecraft‘s stories, but after all the controversies I don‘t think I will.
