Betty_Bookworm @Sace I have to admit, a few years ago I did go through and donated any books I didn't adore or saw myself reading again. It helped a lot. Made me feel like I was making room for new ones. 7y
Sace @Betty_Bookworm yup. I do the same thing periodically. And then I promptly proceed to fill the spaces I've created. 😂 I swear my goal for the rest of the year is to read the books I already own and to use the library more. (*whispers* or buy it on Kindle.) 7y
Betty_Bookworm @Sace I use the library a lot now. And once you get into the habit, every book you see you think "but I could get it FREE at the library." I have a list of library books I've loved that I want to buy though! Ha! 7y

ValerieAndBooks Our last house had closet shelves exactly like that and one closet was full of books, too! This kind of shelving tends to sag under the book weight 😱 7y
