next #nightstand read and one I kickstarted to boot 😁 if I haven't made it apparent, video games are one of my other primary hobbies in addition to reading but I favor a lot of Japanese games which don't have many books in English written on them 🤔 HG101 has excellent articles and reviews on JP games so I was eager to support this work
after getting side tracked for weeks, I can finally start my next #nightstand book. The Song of Achilles was one of my favorite books from my glut of summer reads so I'm excited for this 😁
aaaaand my next #nightstand book 📚 honestly I just want to marathon Hendrix's stuff asap but my tbr stack is getting out of control 😭 so far this book has been awesome, with Hendrix detailing different cultural aspects from the time period that influenced various authors and I'm especially enjoying his spotlights on the cover artists in addition to the authors.
current #nightstand read 🛏️ definitely not a 'relaxing' book for pre-bedtime unwinding but it's compelling and excellent.

pickThis was a pretty good book full of ideas about how to decrease student cheating. I read it in bits and pieces over the last few months, but it was written in a way that I never felt like I had to go back to remind myself where I was. I would not say it‘s a fun read, but it wasn‘t very dense and gave me some good ideas to try next semester.
