Faibka @Laura317 it's hard to say, so far all of them are really good! The one that stands out a little more for me is How to Eat just because eating has been a mindless activity for me for so long, I've forgotten how to truly enjoy it and think about what I am actually putting into my mouth. All of them are changing how I view things 7y
