I'm reading more #arc ebooks than ever before, practicing good #physicaldistancing at home during these rainy, spring days.
This is the newest one, a #memoir, written by a woman whose mother was murdered. I'm into it so far!

I loved Tidelands by Philippa Gregory *so much* so before all of the libraries closed here for #socialdistancing, I grabbed a bunch of her other books. This one is the beginning of The Plantagenet and Tudor Novels Series, so this is where I started. #currentlyreading

I just feel like I‘ve found a new-to-me author that I can absolutely LOVE, and I‘m so excited. Her writing is delicious. I feel like I‘m right there inside of the story.

melissajayne The term that is now being used is #physicaldistancing (edited) 5y
BethM I love these books! But you definitely have to be in the right mood for them. 5y

intothehallofbooks @BethM Yeah I think I‘ll have to alternate with something lighter or even read/listen to another lighter book simultaneously. There is definitely a weight to her stories. 5y
intothehallofbooks @melissajayne That works too! 😊 5y
melissajayne @intothehallofbooks it‘s the same thing but a lot more clearer of a term 5y

Anyone else dealing with a reduced attention-span? The anxiety is impacting me in this unfortunate way. As a result, less reading than I‘d like but I‘m working at it. #socialdistancing #physicaldistancing

DimeryRene Saaaaaaame. I can‘t focus on anything. Even though I have no plans and nowhere to be. 5y
JacqMac So much yes! My anxiety is spinning my brain all day and all night. You would think that because I can stay home it would be better, but it isn‘t. 5y
