This was great! Couldn‘t stop reading.
This was great! Couldn‘t stop reading.
Opening in 1975, a teenage camper is missing. This kicks off not only the present investigation but also the 1961 story of another disappearance in the same family. Told across multiple perspectives, this makes for a riveting read! I can certainly see why this was a #BookOfTheMonth selection since it‘s sure to start interesting discussions! Moore‘s characters all come to life and even camp legends are deftly solved in this satisfying summer read!
I am SO PSYCHED that this book came out today! 🥳🎉🎉🎉 Long Bright River really blew me away when I read it after it first came out, and I have been eagerly awaiting Liz Moore's next book ever since! There is something about her writing that is so compelling! And damn, can this woman write complex and fascinating characters! I can't wait to see where this book takes me!
I was hoping for one of these two this month. I was also hoping to only get one book this month. Oh well! #BOTM
I went with this one for my July #botm because I‘ve heard great things! It sounds like a book I‘ve read before but we‘ll see how this author covers that topic. 🤷🏻♀️
Oooooo am I excited for my July BOTM box.
My picks for #BOTM. Honestly I wanted almost all of them but I needed to have some semblance of self control ($$$$), so I prioritized. I heard about the tagged book on a podcast last month so I‘m pleased to see it as one of my options. All my add-ons are #BlameItOnLitsy picks. 😂
