Got this cookbook in this week‘s #bookmail and just had to try out something for lazy Sunday lunch. Love Ree Drummond‘s simple, straightforward recipes for comfort foods that the whole family loves. 👩🍳📚❤️ #thepioneerwoman #sundaylunch #whatscooking

Morning tea time! Picking out two new recipes to make this week: one to bake, and one to cook.
Maya picked the dessert recipe, mocha lava cakes. She‘s a big fan of The Pioneer Woman. Still deciding on a new recipe to cook.

Dinner tonight! Requires starting early, but it isn‘t much effort and the flavor is dynamite, especially if you enjoy spicy. (Can reduce chipotle.)
I‘ve made this for years - as the stains on the paper indicate. 😆 It‘s so interesting how certain recipes become staples. For example, I am not a Drummond & Ray fan girl, but two of theirs have become longtime favorites.

This is exactly what you would expect from Ree....beautiful glossy color pages, endearing stories of her life and family, and simple but unbeatable recipes, for all palates. Color coding the different type of dishes, make it super easy to use, and to find recipes quick.
If you like simple food, tasty but quick to make, this would be a great cookbook to choose.
