pickI think it irreverent to rate a book of such a horrific experience. It should be read no matter the writing because it happened to real people and her story should be shared. This is an example of fact being stranger than fiction. Children wanted to die, attempted suicide because they were imprisoned. It is beyond my imagination how this family survived and overcame torture and hunger because of their courage and humor. I admire their fight.
